I plan on installing all Amps etc on the Back wall of the truck..It will look clean and there is room.
Is ther anything Inherintly BAD about putting the Comoponent Crossovers on the back wall also for "looks"
or should they be closer to the speakers in the Doors
About 4 feet distance from back wall to Door speakers!

cool, I read in a Mag last night about how the Fuse holder must be 18" from Battery and how Amps lose some Volage if too far away from Battery.
Wasn't sure if Speaker wire loses something in short distances?

The reason the fuse needs to be within 18" of the battery is so that there is less chance of a short causing a fire. All the power wire after the fuse is protected....the wire can short out, and the fuse will blow and there is no problem (i.e. no fire). If a short happens before the fuse, then that wire is completely unprotected and can cause fires if left shorted or otherwise fucked up. That is why you want the fuse as close the battery as possible, so that you only have a very short run of unprotected wire.
