Okay, I've been doing some research for a project and I'm coming up short on 1 thing. I need a 4" driver with an outter diameter of NO MORE THAN 4.5", with a low FS (40-60), a decent efficiency rating (at least 88dB@ 1W/1m), and a vented pole piece.

Now I can find quite a few hundred that meet these specs except for the vented pole. Can anyone help me out?

Thanks!

That's the whole point. I WANT the vented pole. Just in my research I have yet to find one that has info on whether or not it has one, or any pictures on the ones I have found that clearly indicate that they do.

Why does the driver you are looking for need to have a vented pole piece? Or is this a want vs. need thing?

It needs a vented pole. It's a specific for a project I'm working on.

Top secret? :D

I assume you have already checked with Atomic Fusion. If anyone would know, he would.

But good luck......I don't think I've ever seen one. Have you posted the question on sites like the madisound discussion forum and avs home audio forum?
