tweeter blown of coaxial?

is it bossible for the tweeter of your coaxial speakers to be blown and not the woofer?, because the woofer sounds great but when sumone speaks or a noise withing the tweets range i hear it but it also crackels a lot.

Yes, it is possible. The tweeter and mid are still separate drivers in a co-axial speaker (unless they are those cheap "whizzer" style).
