could i hook up 2 speakers to 1 crossover?

i have a alpine type r 6.5in components and a pair of alpine type r 6x9's. a while ago my car got broken into and the crossovers for the 6x9s got ripped off. i was wondering if i could add the 6x9's to the crossovers the 6.5's are on?

NO.....that would change the impedence of one of the outputs, which would change the crossover frequency and subsequently make the speakers sound like crap.
