wedged shaped sealed enclosure

I wanted to know whats the best thing to use to glue the mdf board together when making a sealed box. any advice on making a wedged shape enclosure? I think i need help for making the board hold at angle for a wedge shaped enclosure. thanks guys.

im sorry if these are dumb questions. i seriously tried to look for it with search but couldnt find any answers.

I use titebond wood glue, the glue bonds stronger than the wood itself, alot of people use liquid nails which is good also.
