On my ports how do I round them thanks.

That is on the corners of a slot ported box. All help is needed the thanks.

I've never done it before, but I bet you could use a belt sander...

If your using MDF, I just use a utility knife to get the basic shape and then finish it off with some 80 grit.

plunge router with a trim bit.

perfect rounded edges.

x2 on the router.

Belt sander would work.

File and sandpaper would work as well.

mmm...that Delta belt/disk combo...*drool* i want one!!

although my Bosch hand held works well enough...

Thanks for all the help, but since I am on a broke mans budget I will have to just use hand and sandpaper.

Heh, me too. I need to get a table saw, a good drill, jigsaw, and a sander like that Delta I posted. Problem is, where can this stuff go? I'll have to squEEEze it in my garage or something. In the end though, it'll be worth it, making boxes like nobodys business :up2someth
