HELP WITH Clarion VRX935VD

I just installed a Clarion VRX935VD in my 1997 E320 but the problem is that i have no sound on either the Fm or AM, the CD plays for a minute and then the sound goes off. Can anyone tell me what i am midding here? thanks

play with the switch on the brain :) wont work right if the switch is in the wrong place.
