I wanna put my 12inch infinity in a bandpass box, I have one of them for now, but may be getting another one, depending on how the 1 sounds in the box.
I read some specs online for this bandpass, and it seemed a way out for me to beleive...:
"The recommended bandpass enclosure has a sealed chamber volume of 1.25 cu/ft, and a ported chamber volume of 1.25 cu/ft (2 ports: port diameter: 4", port length: 8", port tuning frequency: 62.6 Hz)."
Thats 2.5 cu/ft for one 12? :p And the tuning freq is kinda high....well atleast I think so...
Any suggestions?
Just incase you need to know, I have a Premier DEH-740MP HU, a pair of 6x9 and a pair of 5 1/4 pioneer mids, the infinity 1220w, an 800watt kenwood amp for mids(cant remember the model), and an Alpine M350 for bass amp. And this is all installed in a '94 civic.
