I will pay up to $750 for a TRUE 4000w RMS amp in great condition or new!! I have the money! PM me.

Just so you know, I am new to this forum, even though I've been following for a while as a guest. I am very legit, I am an avid member of Jeepcommander.com and Theultimatejeep.com.

if you have that budget i would just to so Soundqubed.com and get a Soundqubed Q1-3500.1, its rated 4300watts rms @ 1 ohm and will do every bit of it you could get 1 brand new and have a warranty with it for about that price

550 shipped for my Stetsom 4Kd2 (makes 4000W into 2 ohm, will NOT drive 1 ohm, they have been known to do a little over 3K into 4 ohm)

A subwoofer is NOT a resistive load. It acts as a complex circuit and also lags current to voltage which puts a lot more demand on internal components. What an amp will drive into a pure resistance (and to what load it's stable) is a whole different animal to what can be expected into a loudspeaker.
