What makes your used 600rms Type R worth as much as a brand new 1000rms one with warranty..? Just curious if there's any advantages the older models have

You sure? The pre-2012 Type Rs were 600rms subs. And a quick google search for "Alpine SWR-12D4" should pull up prices

I was unaware that the older ones only handled 600 (never heard that before)

Just letting you know lol, I doubt you'd ever sell them for $150. No need to waste your time

The older type Rs are still pretty good subs especially for their cost though. The new ones are just a bit beefier.

That's your best bet for most mainstream stuff. The L7s too most likely

Kicker and Alpine are usually pretty easy to get rid of

I was just about to say you got these mixed up with the new style R's. Don't get mad when someone points it out. This isn't the Craigslist, ain't nobody on here going to miss that these are 3 models back from the new ones or the price. Glws
