i just saw this on ebay sax100.4v2...did it just come out because ive heard no rumblings about it and whats the different between it and the sax-125.4

Well since woofersetc is an authorized dealer I would think it's real and it might not be as underrated as the 125.4

The 125.4 averages 134w a channel
Many newer guys want to match amp rms to speakers rms
