Depends what you want. I dont build "usual" boxes. I never reu-use a design or replicate a box. 100 percent custom per person every time as im sure you have seen lol. Each box i build looks completely different

Patience, safety glasses, and a router with a jig fixture i made
two questions: 1)what are those ceramic cups called and where can you get them from?
2) how are you/what are u using to attach and remove the beauty panel?
They arent cermaic, they are pvc end caps... Sanded nicely 130-400-800-1000 grit. And im going to use bolts and threaded inserts. Bolts will be hidden on the face tbt lol

I doin a wall off setup in my trunk and I want to secure the front beauty wall to my box without the bolts showing so if you can show how u do it that would be awesome
Also when u sanded the tweeter pods do u mean u used that sanding method after primer and paint or was that how u prepped the PVC before u painted it?
That was prep before hand. And yeah when i come up with a way ill post it bro dont worry ;)
i will be using this two per side ;)

picture of the part. Make sure you account for the distance of the piece. im sure online they sell smaller length shafts.

as you turn clockwise, your pulling the shaft up, in turn flaring the black plastic shroud with prongs thus tightening the two pieces together.

Could I pay you to make tweeter pods like that for vifa-xt25 they look similiar with the mounting ring that is alot wider than the actual tweeter
