Phone is in wonderful condition, the screen is FLAWLESS. The only flaw on the phone is on the back cover, it has some normal scuff marks and such. The phone also comes with a otterbox like case that protects it very well.

It IS rooted, and is running Cyanogenmod 10.1, it runs very very smooth and quick.
