I ported through my rear deck with a 4th order. So is it still considered "out of the trunk". Got my way up to 145.6 So far. and just seeing if its still "trunk" since I ported through the deck

No cuts and you're good for any class.

The sawzall = MOD

Humongous show coming up late January in Texas. Bigger than finals. Check out "bassbattles" for info. But if you just want to test and tune, you can mozy on over to BR anytime and get on the TL/Clamp/Oscope/RTA

You have a trunk car. Port position does not matter

In meca that is correct from my understanding?

Even if the port is lower than the hole cut out? Port is not going up into the car at all with the high tuned port on

Just funny that you insinuated it didn't matter at all. Of course it doesn't matter if it's still within the confines of the trunk. I was picturing a giant port coming forward of the 'B' pillar and ****.

I don't know why I automatically assumed you had cut the rear deck to facilitate the port. Maybe because everyone who asks this question has cut the rear deck.

If you haven't modified or cut anything, or if the port doesn't keep the seats from locking or extend into the cabin through the rear deck you should be good to go in just about any org.

I do have a hole in the rear deck but the port is just not going up though it. When I put my high tuned port on its below the hole in the deck.... so its all in the trunk but there is still a hole

I was wondering if you could extend a port to the dash board lol

I just don't want to be in a mod class with people doing over 60s and sh*t cause I have done a lot of work getting over 145 in my trunk with one 15 and don't wanna be coming in last

Build for numbers then. Dailys get the little trophies 'round here.

To my understanding if you cut vents in the rear deck you are in mod, it doesn't matter if the port goes through the hole or not. I'm new to meca so I could be wrong.
