Does this Alpine HU support IPad 2?

It says IPod/IPhone compatible, but I have an IPad2.

I want to be sure I have a way of playing songs off the Ipad2.

Does someone know?

it will work for audio but it wont charge unless you get that scoshe charging thingey

Probably gonna just trickle man. Unless it has 2.1 amps coming out of that USB port, most decks only put out .5, maybe 1 max
