whats a good home audio forum? really looking to learn a few things about it, want to get a home theater system going sometime in the future.

Audio Asylum is geared most towards just home audio, with a lot of industry veterans posting there.

i was on hometheatershack for some time too. AVSforum as well.
This is good or if you have any question post it here there are a lot of home theatre enthusiast on this forum, including myself

cool. i would like to use one of the AT 18s in a home theater, but i have no idea what to look for when looking at recievers. i would like to do some diy towers also.

As far as a receiver goes, get one that you can use a dedicated sub amp. Preouts.

My fav. home audio forum is parts express techtalk. Very based in science and measurements. Plus a friendly atmosphere.
