I got one of the first shipments of these, around 6 months ago... Have been using it since, mainly because I am running a pretty decent budget set up currently.

Firstly, as far as a good budget amp... You won't find one better in my opinion.

I have no complaints... People argue the fan is loud, it isn't that bad... and even so you don't hear a thing if you're listening to music (especially a subwoofer.)

At first I had it running to an American Bass XD. (Temporarly), I was beyond shocked at the sound.... Sounds great, and was loud for what it was.

I now have it running to an American Bass HD 15" At .5 Ohms, once again no complaints... Even though it I am not running as much power to it as I could, it does beyond well.

I've seen a video of someone Oscopeing it and such... Results were about 1.4k at 2 ohms, and NEAR perfect power. Unbeliveable for an amp that will only run you 125$ Max....

OH, also I was surpised to find out how well the heat effects it, and sends it into protect mode... Didn't think it would do so well on an amp so cheap.
It overheating never happened to me, it happened to a friend. The Amp has not gotten hot enough for me to even be slightly concerend. Even over the summer.

So in a few words... VERY pleasently surprised, great product for something that cheap. I see how the price can turn people away, but I see mine do a hell of a lot better than more expensive amps. I have no complaints, to be honest!

Thanks for reading!
- Alex.

okay, sounds good. i hear they're not very efficient, is that true? like, they pull a lot of power

they have been rather effective in the meca lanes where everyone is limited on fuses...

so a lot of them being inefficient is how you use them.

treat your gains right and there shouldn't be a problem. other than that, if it runs hot, then you should step up to more powah...lol
