I'm finally starting my new build In my 97 jimmy. I am gonna start running wires tomorrow and picking up equipment as I go. This is going to be a daily set up, I will be competing on music a lil bit at MECA events in Ohio next year. This install will be completely finished in decemeber (when i get my alt) Well here it goes... The install consist of,
HU- undecided as of now
Interior fill- Rockford fosgate power T6 3/4
Rockford fosgate power T4x6
Rockford fosgate power T6x9
4 Channel- Rockford Fosgate prime 600/4
Sub stage- (2) Orion HCCA 12.4
Enclosure- 3.5cu ft3 tuned to 35 HZ. (Dave the box guy)
Sub amp- MTX te4001D @ 1 ohm
Stinger road kill sound deadening.
2x stinger spv70 batts. (1 under hood, 1 in cargo area)
I will be using all Stinger wiring. 1/0 run and 8 awg runs into sub amp. 4 awg for the 4 channel.
The big three will be done in kicker 1/0 that's currently in my Cadillac.
And to top it off a Mechman 270A alt.

Many more pics to come as I start and get further along in the process. This is my first install on my own vehicle since my cavalier build in 2009. It's been slow the past couple years, I've been waiting awhile to start this build and I'm very excited. I have never competed before or metered any of my vehicles. My goal out of this set up is a 147.xx on music. If anyone has any suggestions or comments they are welcomed and much appreciated!

The Jimmy is better with sub-back port-back than sub-up port-back? Should be nice...
