im looking to make a 4th order for my 2 sundown SA 12's and put it in my trunk of my honda accord. i wanna have it so i use up most to all of the trunk. if any one has done a design for 2 of these can you post the measurements of the box internal and external. my max dimensions to work with are (33 1/2 D x 36 W x 17 H) also can you post the port length and dimensions because im going for a 50hz tuning so my low end is arounf 20hz -30hz but i can still hit those mid-lows like the 45hz to 80hz. i really need help this is my first box build ever and i wanna make sure its done correctly. im powering these beasts with a hifonics bxi 2061d amp pushing 2400 watts rms at 1 ohm.

do seperate sealed chambers @ 1 cube each and stuff 1lb of polyfill in each chamber. On the ported side go with 4 cf, and tune it to 48-50hz. To get reall ******, go 6cf on the ported side, if you have room. That will be even more efficent and get as loud as you can stand it. I can work something ouit for you, as far as a design. Send me a pm my guy

why not buy a good design? There's lots of designer's on here that will do a design for a very reasonable price.

Why would you use poly fill on the sealed side when you can make it as big as you want and not need poly fill?

Why take up more space on the sealed side than you have too?? Plus he can invert the subs so his mechanicals dont get too hot and he can smell coil if things start heating up. Im just giving him general info from my experiences. Im not saying it is gospel. Just general info from trial and error. Not to mention, there are designs everywhere on the net he can use without having to pay for anything.
