All I want to do right now in my car is simply use my MDF baffle mounted to the metal frame with a foam barrier in between the MDF and frame.

Are there any midbass drivers that sound good in this situation? Or will I really have to build some fiberglass enclosures.

Amp is a ZAPCO AG 150, so nothing that needs too much power.

no driver will ever be good with out separating the rear wave from the front. Even dipole systems do this.

99% of car audio midbass speakers are made to be used infinite baffle, how ever you still need to seal the back wave off and keep it separate from the front.

Sonic.

as big as you want/can fit, you will never get a true IB in your door anyway.
