Usually several light coats of black paint with clear coat overlay.......sometimes I use Valspar Interior High Gloss latex........That's actually whats on the port in pic right now...

Box pounds as good as it looks. I appreciate the help and going the extra mile. This setup certainly surprised me and a few of my friends coming from 3 Kicker CVR 12's to 2 12's.

I got a quote from Double 07 on a pretty good size enclosure and was blown away by the price. Havent begun on the build yet but all I can say is his work seems to speak for itself, and his prices are CRAZY good :awesome:

was just browsing your builds, good job. one note. i see you wanted a nice larger flare, around 5.5-6" i presume, so you made many cuts around .5" apart correct to make the entire bend. You should only have 11 cuts total. thats it. nothing more. the structural integrity of the wall depends on each piece when bent coming together and touching. Im not knocking your work, it looks great, just trying to provide helpful insight is all

All the cuts were filled with bonding material and covered entirely for strength....thanks for the tip....
