3 way components

anyone have experience with the soundstream or precision power 3 way setups? i cant really find what their power handling is. they seem to be priced fairly. both websites say 100 watts, i dont know if thats a peak or rms per side rating. i really need a set i can throw 100-125 rms per side. my other options are the hertz esk or hsk line, focal polyglass line,or a rainbow setup.

Those are good components, and any good components can handle 100W RMS when not abused. Power handling is usually just an approximation and in real world applications it can vary depending on a number of factors.
