I just picked my my '12 RZR XP last week. The goodies I have so far for it are:

Smoothed out with Rage Gold.
I ended up with 1.02cuft for the enclosure.

I marglassed in six 1/4-20 bolts into the dash overlay so it can be secured to the dash.

That is one sweet ride, and that was before you stated modding it. I can't imagine how sharp it will be when you are done with it.

There is a dead space inbetween the inner door panels and the outer door skin. I cut out a section the size of a Mastercraft storage bag and flushed it in. I did the same for the passenger side.

WOW. Really great work man, glad I decided to look at this one. Everything looks incredible! Curious, what work did you do all yourself? Or, if it's easier, what DIDN'T you do? You sure seem to have a tool for everything. Great drill btw, a friend has one, they're awesome.
More importantly though. You're in southern California... why drink Fat Tire? We have so many other terrific beers available!

I did everything but the hydrographic carbon fiber dip.

I changed it up from a 12W1v2-4 to a 12W3v3-2.
Cut out a "speaker ring" from 1/2 plexi and added a RGB 8 function led strip attached to the woofer basket.

That's pretty cool . I like seeing different kind of builds. Do these have some type of charging system? Or do you have to charge the batteries?

They have a 720w stator. I will have 2 Odessey PC925's on a PAC isolator. I will also have a quick charging plug to charge while at camp.
