So this is going to be more of a balance for visual appeal and acoustics
It's ~4.5cuft and tuned to 32hz.

(dont worry, edges will be sanded. I'm not going to glue on the paint:)

Nice finish, is that plexi? Why did it took so long to be finish!

Yes sir, its 1/2 inch lexan.
The plexi took a while to get here. One thing after another. But point is, he's extremely happy with it! :)
Hopefully jbushey will post more pics after install.
