Been trying to decide on one actually. Any recommendations? I don't need any fancy features, just good quality sound.

I'd like a good balance of the two, i listen to a lot of rap/hip-hop and techno, little bits of classic rock and that sort. so i'd like to be loud, but hopefully without giving up to much sq
(but like bettr said, More on the loud side [:)

Nothing really.. lol. Maybe a high pass filter, other than that, i don't use xm radio, pandora, bluetooth and probably no more than $150

you need to bump the price of a deck a bit more ,so that you can have 3 sets of rca's for amps .i can recommend a few if you like ,also do you want new or used ,you can ask some of the guys on here about my prices ,they are pretty reasonable and always new with a warranty too.i'd start with a new deck like a deh 9400 bh for 200 plus shipping ,also http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_42779_Pioneer-DEH-P9400BH.html.also a set of components in the frt doors ,to start with.

Yeahh after looking the last few minutes i realized i underestimated. I guess im looking to spend whatever i need to to get a decent deck. What recommendations can you make based on what you said? The components in the doors. How would i go about that in a 96 Cherokee?

i have a pioneer 80 prs deck new for 350 shipped on the forum here .or this one Pioneer DEH-P9400BH In-Dash Car Stereo w/ Bluetooth and HD Radio (http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_42779_Pioneer-DEH-P9400BH.html) for 200 plus shipping ,the link does work ,also maybe some cdt hd 61a components CDT Audio HD-61 True 6.5" 2-Way Component System | Easy Way Electronics, Inc. (http://www.513electronics.com/car-audio/component-speakers/65comps/cdt-audio-hd-61-true-6-5-2-way-component-system/) i can give you a package deal on both too.

Oh my bad it wasnt working for a second. Well to start the speakers are 5 1/4 all the way around in the jeep. (front doors, speaker bar, back hatch) the 9400BH looks do-able. I'm just stuck on how to put tweeters in the doors. unless i go spend 200 bucks on kickpanels.

i can do 5 1/4 also that was just as a reference .cdt also has a set of components that can be installed as 2 way speakers ,but there are ways to install the tweets in the doors, you can flush mount them or surface mount which is the easiest way..just let me know if your interested.like i said all my products are new with warranties
