I stopped using them. Wasnt happy when they froze my funds for no reason citing suspicious activity (didnt know buying things was suspicious?) among other reasons. Needless to say I closed the account and wont open another. Its obvious with the amount of accounts they freeze (up to 6 months) that they do it so they can make money (interest they get off your money). May not seem like much but when they do it to thousands of people they make a HUGE amount.
