it's all about the impedance on your voice coils my man. for this amp in your situation, you'd want to find 2 subs with 4 ohm single voice coils. wire them in parallel... then bam. 2 ohm load

Yah, my only issue with this amp is that the LPF only goes to 50!? I would prefer something going to 20, at least 35.

LPF is where it stops at the highest frequency you want to play. So generally you set it between 80-100 and your all good. A subsonic filter is what stops your subs from playing below the set frequency they are usually anywhere from 5-40hz for the cut off.

I prefer about 60-70, but that's me, so the filter is fixed at what?

The LPF is variable from 50 to 200. The subsonic is fixed at 25 or u can turn it off

So, it will hit my 33Hz then right? How clean is it? <<--this guy is all about SQ. Also how do you have your subs running to these? like this: http://a248.e.akamai.net/pix.crutchfield.com/ca/learningcenter/car/subwoofer_wiring/2SVC_4-ohm_mono.jpg ?

subsonic is 25hz but I would not do 60 for the LPF 70 would be alright but 60 is too low.

too low because there are many songs with bass in the 60's. General setting is 80hz.

It's all preference...I have mine set to 60hz cause anything higher sounds like butthole and rattles my hatch like crazy.
