Box for 2 10"L7's Questions

Need the optimum size ported box for 2 10" L7's?

I have been looking at a prefab box's but they all seemed to be tuned around 39-43Hz.(see links)
Is this correct? I keep reading that It's better to tune to a lower freq 30-36ish for 10's
