20-25' runs. SX900.4 in the very back of my bed all the way up to the front doors/kick panels. More or less going to actually be 150-175w but I want to be safe, especially if I decide to bridge the amps on just one set of highs and run multiple.

To be 100% honest any 16ga wire would be a bit small. I would step it up at 14ga.

Should be just fine, if your not running crazy power 16ga is just fine for a front stage.
