Bought this Alpine head unit off him. I sent paypal payment on 12/6. He accepted and printed a USPS shipping label according to paypal. To date the product has not been shipped.
12 days later, no product, and no communication. I have sent 1 email and 2 PMs. If there is a change in status I will update, but currently, I have no head unit and no $$.
Buyer beware.

I agree it is. But the speakers I purchased 2 days after I purchased this head unit arrived at my house 4 days ago- from California. If this is a misunderstanding I will gladly retract my post, but I have not had any communication from the seller within the last 12 days despite 3 attempts on my part to PM/email him.

he might not be ripping u off. i was in the middle of a deal and ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks so **** happens. file a pp claim and relax

PP claim has been filed. If there were medical circumstances involved, that is fine. I will call and speak directly to his attending physician in order to verify any claimed condition preventing his movements. Otherwise this is a case of fraud, and I will treat it as such until presented with evidence otherwise. Thanks to all for the assistance.

No worries. I am in the medical profession. It would not be difficult to establish communication, and then soon after maintain credibility with the attending physician, if I was fortunate enough to be placed in such a situation..

Paypal resolved the claim in my favor. I would suggest anyone else that has been involved in a similar situation with this seller to contact paypal and file a claim.
