Err, this isn't the prettiest box on the inside but it's for 4 Audiopipe BF 12's. It's about 8.5-9 cubes with 5 4" round ports. We would've done flares but we couldn't get them in time. We finally got to play around with the router on the ports.

Lol, I love loctite. It'll stick anything to anything, literally.

Ya, that's more or less what the owner of the car wants. Unfortunately the car is a convertible.

I would have done more bracing on the inside. And Loctite is some great stuff, but the cure times can be upwards of 7 days on some of their construction adhesives. When you do the port round overs do you do it free hand without any sort of jig?

They are BF's. This box is plenty strong man, I've done this a couple of times. I'm about 215 right now and I've jumped on top of it.

It's a convertible and he want the trunk to rattle more than anything from what I understand.

Why port it if the ports will just fire at the rear and the sound waves cant get around the box into the cabin?

Buck

I creates more pressure regardless. More pressure = more bass whether it's in the car or not.
