MODS Please help!!!! Cant send out private messages

Like the title says I'm unable to send out private messages......When I try to send it's saying I have exceeded my stored messages allowed, welll I deleted almost all but 7 messages total and it's still saying I'm at my limit????? Please help never had this problem and I currently have a transaction going on with no way to reach this person

Are you sure it meant your at your limit and not him??

did you make sure you dont have your outbox full
