Without losing the back seat?...if i have to then i will but just curious...also a little off topic

Will a 220-250amp alternator be enough for 2,300w RMS with out an extra battery? or am i asking for trouble?

What subs are going in? What tuning? You could most likely fit it but as to how high it will be is a different story.

I saw an 8cu ft box with 2 15's in an exploder...didnt look bad at all...

Also probably 4 alpine type r 12's seeing 450 rms each...tuned to 32hz and hoping to do an adjustable port.

Yes but it will be above the window line. Buddy had 2 18' BTLs the box fit but was at least a foot over the window line. If im not mistaken it was a 12cube box for 2 18s

In a smaller box...But i am content with keeping them at thier RMS rating...i just like my lows...but i would love to have an adjustable port in the event i want to get a little frisky

Awesome..and yeah a foot over the window line is bonkers...im hoping just a couple of inches over the window line will be fine. I am not going to compete or anything...maybe just get it metered once or twice...other than that...daily ground pounder.

you aint going to get by with that alt and no batts :fyi: thats asking for problems. about the box it should fit in the back of an explorer. and if you aint competing i wouldnt worry about the window line AS MUCH.

I figured as much...How many batteries are we looking at? 1 or 2?

You could always build over the wheel wells to get some more space.
