1 5/8" coarse screws (make sure you get coarse not fine). Titebond II for the wood glue, the bottle has a blue label on it. Very strong and easy to work with. I use some liquid nails to seal up the box though some people just use extra glue to help seal it.

12g or even 10g would work fine. I usually just get the largest gauge speaker wire I can find cause it's cheap to begin with anyways.

im talking from the battery to the amp, i currently have 4 guage but that was for my 600 rms amp. i am upgrading :D

Ah. For most setups a run of 1/0g CCA would be just fine. It can support 3000+w and costs under $2 a foot. If you have a battery in the back you can use that as a distro to bring it down to 4g for your amps if you want, or use a 4g reducer.
i use 1 1/4" coarse thread drywall screws for MDF. reason being 1 5/8" can be to long for a double baffle. they poke through the end of the wood etc. also make sure you PRE-DRILL and COUNTERSINK! its like a 5 dollar bit and worth every penny. also Corner clamps will be needed to keep things square
