60" long, 12" deep at the base, 9" deep at the top. For a pair of 15's. That rise at the bottom is about 4"

How exactly does the port work with it tapering like that? Does it act similar to a horn?

More info please?

I just don't see 2-15's working well in the space you have to build.

Not really. The taper is to control the peak from a much larger compression area than what a horn utilizes in most cases for coupling. Its a good balance with moderate efficiency. here is the anechoic response:

Now keep in mind this was design with only dimensions given by the client. No specific preferences were given and this was designed mainly on usability. I did what I could with the limitations, and the design shape as a priority as well.

Yea, it was a challenge. You have a point. The limitations were great in this design. We did what we could with what we had. The baffle will also be using a seperate baffle for mounting depth as well. I have an idea for the client that he may like for that one :)

Yup this should turn out pretty good. Trucks are always hard to do, as to not impede any interior functions or space.
