Both are great amps (I have run both in the past), and these are VERY reasonable prices for each. These are heavily underrated specs. They aren't SQ clean, but will get very, very loud and are much cleaner than most amps with similar ratings. I am a huge Memphis fan, and these are a some of their best when it comes to power output. Bump for a pair of great amps. These M Class amps are wonderful......

So jelly of the 5 ch. It's exactly what I'd need if I were a rich man. Perfect power (and efficiency) on the sub channel, and active capable for the speakers. perfect!

no need for a 1/2" drive as i already have a nice one. but maybe a 3/8" drive in INCH/Pounds at dealer cost

I have a brand new 3/8" in inch pounds but you could at least meet me half way between dealer cost and what I paid for it. I just bought it on Monday and have not used it at all.
