Light scratching, cut mounting feet, Blows fuse as soon as the fuse is put in. Quoted 120 - 175 to repair by ampmedics. When fixed will do 1400w rms @ 1ohm 12.8v

It blows the fuse as soon as the fuse is put in. specs it will put out 1400w rms @ 1 ohm 12.8v

No he didn't say what needed to be fixed. All he said was.
If the driver boards are not damaged your looking at about $120-$175 to fix this amplifier. The variance in price depends on how much is in need of replacement.

any idea where it was manuf.? i.e. build house, country etc.? say anything on the board itself?

FYI, steve from ampmedics is AMAZING, great guy who does great work. Replaced the RCA's on my memphis for 40buxs, and put traces back down.
