What is the box gonna hold? I personally always use glue and screws...

Checkout TiteBond II, it comes in the blue bottle. For sealing off the box I use liquid nails

titebond 1,2 or 3....if you clamp it good, screws are not needed

I personally prefer loctite heavy duty construction adhesive: Loctite PowerGrab 10.1 fl. oz. Heavy-Duty Construction Adhesive - 1363134 at The Home Depot (http://www.homedepot.com/Paint-Adhesives-Tape/Loctite/h_d1/N-5yc1vZarpzZ4ck/R-202020456/h_d2/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053)

one of those tubes is good for about 3.5-4.0cu/ft while laying a fat bead

Any type of wood glue, something to hold it together (nails, screws, clamps) and liquid nails to seal extra air gaps.
