ive never heard too much about DD's amps..are they pretty decent i know their subs are good so im curious... i like the amp 1700 @ 10.9v is good..what would it do at 12-14v?
DD amps are rock solid and very under rated. This amp will do 2K+ at 1ohm at 14.4v. DD rated it at 2400w "Dynamic power"

ive always heard that DD amps are meant to be more efficient at lower voltages. of course, they will put out more power at higher voltage, but they shine in the 11.3-12.7ish volts.
solid amp, glws!

I think you are talking about their LV series (low voltage). Some of their higher end amps are LV or HV, with the LV amps working best around 12v and the HV working more around 16-18
