Hello to everyone worldwide. Just want to let you know that I'm here to share my knowledge when it comes to mobile electronics. I've been installing since I was a teenager in the mid to late 80's. Now I'm 38, retired from car stereo installation but still once in a while do installs here and there.
I live in South Orange County now but grew up in South Los Angeles. Lived in Seattle for 8 years and worked there for a shop part-time doing sales and installs.
So if you ever have any questions or have anything to share, just holler.

nice unit, hate the glidetouch though. I had the 9853, still regret that I sold it

I heard those are great too, what was the difference between the 9855 and 9853? I dont mind the glide touch so far but it did take awhile to get used too...

not too many differences. I think may be the ability to upload wallpaper onto it. Maybe the EQ was better in the 55
