Question on aftermarket speakers

Here is my set up as of right now:

2 12 in Hifonics subs at 300rms each
Planet Audio AC1200.2 amp

In my car(04 Dodge Neon) I really need some better speakers everywhere. The bass gets so loud that the words just muffle and cannot hear anything besides the bass. I was thinking of getting these:

2) NEW BOSS CH6530 6.5" 3-WAY 600W CAR AUDIO SPEAKERS | eBay (http://cgi.ebay.com/2-NEW-BOSS-CH6530-6-5-3-WAY-600W-CAR-AUDIO-SPEAKERS-/320691078820?pt=Car_Speakers&hash=item4aaaad86a4)

Just because of their price. But my question is do I need to run another amp to power these speakers or can I just power them from my HU? Also, please don't recommend any more expensive speakers since I'm on a VERY TIGHT budget.

dont go with boss. you wont notice a huge difference if you run them off the HU

Sorry my set up isn't as good as yours? Kind of still in HS so not too much money running around my bank for me to get some nice subs/amp.
