Off deck power wont be a whole lot of difference. Get something with high sensitivity. Infinitys are nice, but I like the polk tweets better.
Kickers budget speakers are great for the money suprisingly, and can be had real cheap on ebay, which is the way I would go if never gonna amp em

all of these have sensitivity over 90 i believe there like 92-93. whats a higher sensitivity set?

I was saying in general you want high sensitivity. Either get the polks, bostons, or kickers, whichever you can get cheapest if you're never gonna amp em.
Could also consider goin with these if you can find a pair: DLS DLS126 6-1/2" Classic Series 2-Way Coaxial Car Speakers 10- (http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_26092_DLS-126.html)

Paper cone and silk tweet, nice natural sound for such a cheap set
