I'm going to be ordering my hew h/u with the next day or so and wanted to get any last minute recommendations. I have a iPhone 3gs and want a nav. H/u with built in BT. One of the problems that keeps popping up is that the iPhone does not want to export the phone bookwith certain units. I was looking at the Kenwood DNX6960. Anyone use this hu? If so was it easy to get the iphone phone book setup?

For other iphone users what DD nav units w/ bt do you use and are you able to use the iphone phonebook with it?

Thanks and here's a picture of boobs to encourage responses!

Thanks. I have a Clarion DD HU non touch screen in my wifes car but it seems to have some problems syncing the phonebook with our iphones. Its a good headunit and I think it is more Apples fault than Clarion. I am going to order a new HU this week and want one that will actually sync the phonebook with the stereo. just for you! Moar BOOBS!

I have the the DNX9960, and it shares a lot with the 6960. I use the iPhone 4 with my HU without any issues. There have been reports regarding incompatibility with A2DP but those would not be present for the 6960 as it does not support that protocol.

Thanks for the info...

Is the bluetooth built in or does it use a dongle in the rear usb? I bought and installed a DDX418 for my wife and you can only have with iPod in the rear if you disconnect bluetooth. In order to have both you lose the ability to play video because the iPod cable plugs in the front.

More boobs for more responses!

The bluetooth is built in. I leave my ipod classic connected and connect my iphone over bluetooth when in proximity.
