pics coming soon but yeah i got two 18 W3's so i was trying to keep the wattage at or around 500w each since that is the rms wattage. But which amp so i dont blow them by ohms or something? Tricky stuff and im no expert

i would say look for a JBL crown series amp that does full RMS at 4 ohm. wire to four ohm and it would be a killer setup IMO.

They had an 18w3
http://mobile.jlaudio.com/pdfs/15_18_W3_MAN.pdf

and an 18w6
http://mobile.jlaudio.com/pdfs/15_18W6_BDS.pdf

A nice older PPI 600a2 would be a very nice match IMO.

you're going to have trouble finding a cheap amp that's 4 ohm stable

As old as those subs are, you will need to refoam the surround, they will start to fall apart quickly once you start using them. They sell the kits on Ebay normally.
