the only thing that really sticks out about the jvc is the detachable faceplate... and the 170 dollars more pricetag. i own the single din version and it is nice but controls lack... what do you guys think? im not too worried about the bluetooth portion... just need a nice dd radio and i have decided pretty much between these two... i saw twisteds video bout the radio and it is lookin nice. how many of you guys have a radio without a detachable faceplate?

I've been researching both for my girl. The JVC is supposed to have some speed problems. There was some talk about the JVC having static in the bluetooth. I think the Pioneer will sound better. I'm thinking about getting the 4200 because I don't know if I can deal with the front usb port because my girl has a 32gb ipod touch. The only reason I wanted the 3200bt is for the bluetooth feature. I think it cost too much to add BT to the 4200.

lol ya im lookin at the 4200 and the 3200 also lol i kicked the idea of the jvc since i noticed the pioneer has way more features and a better eq. cant decide tho between the screens on the pioneers. i dont know if i want the 5.8 inch screen or the 7 inch. bluetooth isnt really a prob since i have it on my jvc (when u do use it its a great feature ive just grown to find it annoying and i get mad when im bumpin and all of a sudden it shuts off and changes to a phone ringing... specially if ppl call alot n u dont always pick up ur phone (me) ... let me know what you end up gettin

ya the 3200's r 100 less than the 4200 and the only downfall is 1.2 inch of less screen. i like the 3200 but i have a feeling ill regret not getting the 4200 and the bigger screen later
