When I attempt to read my incoming messages it appears that there is no text written by the sender. The only way I can see it is to hit the reply button and then it shows up on the white background. Anyone else having this issue?

Hmmm... It's as if the background and the text are the exact same color, lol. I didn't have this problem just a few days ago. Am I missing the feature that allows for the change of these types of things or does it not exist?

Anyway you could post a screenshot? Also, what browser are you using and what version

Sorry for the delay. This PM should say something like "cry cry wha wha my posts aren't spam" but I can only see the text when I click on the reply button. Using the latest version of Firefox.

It looks like the page background color isn't showing up. I believe I remember them saying that their might be a problem with the newest firefox. Anyway you could use a different browser for the time being, until this is resolved with the forum software developer? I apologize. I'll pass this along and try to speed things up. IE9 beta has problems also.

Did this problem happen when you upgraded browsers by chance? Do you know what version exactly you're using. This will help fix it.

Yup with 100+ new vulnerabilities that were just found.

I have the latest version of FF and no issues here.

The devs are checking on this now and need to know the version number you're having trouble with. Hurry and respond if you can.

Sorry to make you wait, I'm at work. Not sure exactly what version off hand. I can verify that when I get home but I believe it was working fine at one point and then it wasn't. I can try Chrome and see if that helps. Been looking for a reason to try it anyway. Honestly, it would be pretty f'n great if you'd just make the background white instead of dark gray.

Actually the background is white on 99.9% of browsers and is set to be that way. With all the browser updates things do get broken unfortunately. As soon as you can, please let me know the version you were using, as they have checked with version 3.6.12 and can't replicate it

Thanks! Anyway you could do a screenshot of this exact page, starting from the top? Just one screenshot will do. I wanted to make sure that the white background is even showing up on this page as well.

I mean it's not a big deal or anything but it would be cool to not have to turn my adblocker off to check pm's

CarAudio.com Admin

yup

Ah ha. Yea ad blockers can mess up the page code. Unfotunately ;) I don't know a way to stop it.

Simple enough, I guess. Although, I've had adblocker active for much longer than I've had this problem. Like LazyRider said, it's not a huge deal, just a bit annoying. Thanks for taking a look though!

Same here! I haven't been able to see PM's since the new layout.
