Sold an old used Pioneer which is in working condition, and tony714 bought it for $50. He paid and within a week it was shipped. He received it yesterday and then just hours later, he open a dispute with PayPal without contacting me.

Tony- "item didnt work bro, can you issue me a refund so i can ship it back to you"

Me- "This was tested before it was shipped.. Are you trying to scam me???"

Tony- "i dont scam bro, honesyly it doesnt work, which ***** cuz i was pumped up for it. i took it to get connected to a stereo shop and they said it didnt work :("

Now he wants me to refund him back the $50 plus $12 shipping BEFORE he ships it back to me. I am a power-seller on eBay so I know how to deal with deadbeats like him. If I refund back his money, he has no obligations to return it to me, nor I have any power to do much. If he tries to do a switcheroo , I will report him to my local police dept and contact his local police dept for internet fraud and I will report him to mail fraud.

By the way he responds to my emails with "bro" "lmfao", I think he is just a young punk trying to scam me. Plus his PayPal account is under a females name, which I'm assuming it's his mommy.

I'm not going to refund him any shipping as the cd player left my hands in working condition. It was double box with bubble mailer. If he wants to return it, the cost will come out of his pocket.

Tell him to send it back and then refund his money, or he can just fight with you and PayPal(and MAYBE get a refund). If he isn't scamming, sending it back shouldn't really be an issue..........................

Of course I have tracking numbers. I already told him to return it for a refund. He demands refund before he returns it back. I already told him that it doesn't work like that, but he insists for me to refund him not only the $50 but the shipping it back while he playing Justin Bieber on the Pioneer head unit...

Ok go into Paypal and put that tracking number in the sale payment. PP will see that it was delivered and hes screwed unless he wants to handle it like a man.

He didn't even want to try to deal with the situation with me and he lost the dispute. Now this douche bag left a negative to my name on here for "selling junk" when he could of simply shipped it back..

Make sure you notify an admin of his shenanigans and Goob (Caraudio.com Admin) and see if you can get that neg deleted after Tony gets banned for scamming.

UPDATE: Now I have Tony sending me emails threatening me saying he has my address and unless I refund his money, I'll have something coming to me. He is signing my email up to spam sites, etc. What's the best way to handle this situation?

Here is the full email from the beginning. Remember, the first email starts from the bottom. And I know my first mistake was to retaliate and curse at him, but I was pissed.

That guy sent me a pm a couple weeks ago on a pioneer headunit i had for sale. He lowballed me for it.. Im glad i didnt even budge on the price or else i might have got scammed too.
