Q-Logic Kick Panels

Hi guys,

I just got some Q-Logic Kick Panels for my car. As everyone know, these are made of really thin plastic which will cause rattling for sure when I will install them. What kind of work can I do on them so that they will get thicker and handle the sound correctly. Would some sound deadening material be enough ?

Max,

You can apply a layer or two of some sound deadening material to the back of them for sure. Some people even re-inforce them with fiberglass resin and matt/cloth, on the inside of course, for the added strength.

Many people stuff them with polyfill as well.
