JL's XR or Focal's Polyglass?

I need to replace all my factory speakers.

Was wondering which is better and is the difference big enough to be trully significant?

I'm hearing good things about Focal .... BUT the XR are supposedly JL's top line (not including the ZR which aren't out yet) and cost LESS then the Focals.

If the difference isn't that great, then i'm going for the XR's for price reasons.

like I said in a simlar post, I have heard them all but not next to each other, but I was more impressed with the Focals
