I have a question about kerfs. my main question is when to start cutting the kerfs on the front panel for the port bend? Is there some kind of formula to go by? I know how to do kerfs (i'v tested on some pieces) but I dont know where to START the kerfs for the bend... anyone know? I can use google sketchup too

I would just practice on a 1/2" piece of MDF because then you will get a better understanding of it I just always end up doing **** the hard way sorry I was no help ={

If that arrow is pointing to the start of the curve, then yeah you'd start the cuts there
